Maryse A. Culham, LL.B.
Maryse has been practicing with this firm since July 2004, after her articles in Edmonton, Alberta. Having been raised in St. Paul, she decided to return to raise her own family.
Maryse attended the Law Faculty at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick where she had the opportunity to participate in the Gale Cup Moot in Toronto, Ontario in 2003. It was a proud moment when she won the Brian Dickson C.J.C. medal for the Best Oral Advocate at this competition.
Maryse is very involved in several different volunteer organizations, in the legal realm, such as AJEFA (French Jurist Association of Alberta) and NEABA (North-East Alberta Bar Association), the Criminal Trial Lawyer's Association of Alberta, and in the community at large. Notwithstanding this involvement, she keeps physically active with sports.
Her preferred areas of practice include criminal defense work, child protection work for the Government, real estate, preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and personal directives and estate work.
